Welcome To Columbus Northern Lions Club Chapter
Who Are the Lions?
Lions are people just like you and me. They are men and women who care about their communities and the world around them.
The International Association of Lions Clubs is the largest of all the service organizations with over 1.4 million members worldwide and it was founded in 1917.
Northern Columbus Lions Club Local Causes
Lions Clubs International is an international network of 1.3 million men and women in 200 countries and geographic areas who work together to answer the needs that challenge communities around the world.
Lions club members are men and women who strive to make a difference in their local community as well as communities worldwide. Their volunteer efforts go beyond the support of vision care, to addressing unmet health and education needs worldwide.
As a Lions club member, you can make a real impact in your community. Whether it is providing support locally or reaching out internationally, you will have an opportunity to serve. You will have the satisfaction of knowing that what you do makes an important difference.
Be a part of a worldwide organization carrying out community and humanitarian projects. Members allow Lions clubs worldwide to carry out its many community and humanitarian programs. You have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and to grow personally and professionally by participating in our programs, community service projects and events.
You will experience the opportunity to know and enjoy the fellowship of Lions members and others in the community.
You will have the opportunity for Networking within your Community, and will develop relationships with both local and international community and business leaders.
